Some of My Creations

Hello wonderful followers, talented stampers, and random lurkers,

Christmas is such a busy time. It's easy get caught up in the hustle and bustle and find yourself completely stressed. Stamping is so relaxing. I make sure to take at least a few minutes each day to create. It seriously helps me maintain my sanity and I highly recommend it.

To provide some inspiration, here are some of my original designs from this past year.

My first card warrants two photos (inside and out.) I created it for Canada's 150th and simply love how the Adirondack chair holds it shut. I used the Colorful Seasons bundle, the Labeler Alphabet letters and the Seaside Textured Impressions embossing folder.

My second card was the first one I created with the This Little Piggy set. When I saw these delightfully happy pigs I squealed and knew I simply had to make a wedding card.

My 3rd card was the first card I created from the amazing Merry Patterns hostess set. Using the "eclipse" technique, I also incorporated my newly acquired Large Letters Framelits, which I got for half price! Ask me how.

It was love at first sight for the Coffee Break Suite. Coffee is a huge part of our culture here on the island. While we can't grow our own beans we have a bunch of shops who do their own roasting. I had seen 3D paper mugs before but they always had edges. And since I love a challenge, I decided to create one that was round. Perfect to hold some chocolate covered coffee beans or a gift card.

This second project was a challenge to use up some of my scraps. I added a tea light, and voila! More Christmas happiness. The tree is Whisper White cardstock, stamped with the pine branch from the Merry Patterns set. The Pinewood Planks Dynamic Textured Impressions embossing folder was used on Crumb Cake to form the base. The white embossed vellum snowflakes are punched out. The Gold Glimmer paper star came from the Night in Bethlehem bundle. Everything but the Gold Metallic thread and tealight were leftovers.

And last, but certainly not least, here is a scrapbooking page I created to remember my recent Stampin' Up On Stage experience in Salt Lake City.  I used the Large Letters Framelits, the Color Theory Suite, the In Color DSP and the Labeler Alphabet. This was my first time at one of the big events and I had the time of my life! Join my team and pack your bags for Stampin' Up's 30th Birthday in Orlando, FL.

While these are all my own designs, you are welcome to copy them. As your Stampin Up Demonstrator, I'm here to help. If you want detailed instructions or have any questions, please contact me.
